- Profit-sharing arrangements as detailed in individual Staking Agreements
5.3 Community Access
- Participation in groups and team communications
- Access to private forums and discussion channels
- Networking opportunities with other team members
- Team events and activities
6. Staking Terms and Financial Arrangements
6.1 Staking Eligibility
- Staking is available only for $10+ Spin & Go tournaments
- Players must demonstrate consistent profitability and skill
- Staking terms are subject to individual negotiation and separate agreements
6.2 Financial Responsibilities
- All financial arrangements are governed by separate Staking Agreements
- Players are responsible for accurate reporting of results and winnings
- Misrepresentation of results may result in immediate termination and legal action
6.3 Profit Sharing
- Profit-sharing arrangements vary by individual agreement
- Details will be clearly specified in your Staking Agreement
- Payments are processed according to agreed schedules
7. Player Obligations and Conduct
7.1 Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior in all team communications
- Respect coaches, staff, and fellow team members
- Follow team guidelines and strategic recommendations
- Represent Team651 positively in the poker community
7.2 Performance Requirements
- Maintain agreed-upon volume and performance standards
- Participate actively in coaching sessions and team activities
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of poker results
- Continuously work to improve your game and follow coaching advice
7.3 Confidentiality
- Keep all strategic information, materials, and team communications confidential
- Do not share proprietary content with non-team members
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Team651 and its coaches
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership
- All content, strategies, videos, and materials remain the property of Team651
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal improvement
- No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is permitted
8.2 Restrictions
- You may not record, screenshot, or distribute coaching sessions or materials
- Sharing login credentials or access to team resources is prohibited
- Reverse engineering or copying our strategies for external use is forbidden
9. Payment Terms and Fees
9.1 Coaching Fees
- Coaching fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before service commencement

10.2 Platform Compliance
- You must comply with all poker platform terms and conditions
- Only play on approved poker sites as specified by Team651
- Maintain accounts in good standing on all poker platforms
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Player
- You may terminate your agreement with 30 days written notice
- Trial period allows for immediate termination within two weeks
- All financial obligations must be settled before termination
11.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate your agreement immediately for:
- Breach of these Terms or your Staking Agreement
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Unprofessional conduct or violation of team guidelines
- Failure to meet performance requirements
- Legal or regulatory issues
11.3 Effects of Termination
- All rights to use our services and materials cease immediately
- Financial obligations remain in effect as specified in Staking Agreements
