Who runs Team 651?
We’re run by long-time poker pros and coaches. Jack and Jason started the team in 2012. We now have over 75 players and a coaching staff across all formats.
Who is this for?
We work with mid-stakes, high-stakes, and serious low-stakes grinders who want to grow. Most of our players are in Spins, but we also support MTT and cash game players.
What makes Team 651 different?
We offer personalized coaching, top-tier content, and direct access to some of the best minds in poker. We help players become profitable and build real income.
How big is the team?
We have over 75 active players split across Spins, MTTs, and cash. There’s a development wing and a main team with different coaching structures.
What's the dev team vs the main team?
The dev team is where most start: content and coaching specifically geared to the $10–$25 ABI player. The main team is for proven players at $50+ ABI or players earning $80k+/year.
What types of players do you work with?
Grinders with potential. Includes breakeven regs, mid-stakes pros aiming higher, former crushers bouncing back, and established high-stake pros.
What games do you focus on?
We’re best known for Spin and Gos (PartyPoker and PokerStars), but also support MTTs and cash games with strong coaching and hand reviews.
How competitive vs collaborative is the team?
We want everyone to win. Players are very supportive, and our chats are full of hand reviews, advice, and memes.
Do you do in-person events?
Sometimes. We’ve done meetups, retreats, and coaching camps before. We’re looking to do more.

Yep. We run a monthly group session and Oskars does 1-on-1s as well. We also have bonus videos and a mindset support chat.
Do you offer performance reviews?
Yes. We do audits, leakfinders, and set goals with you regularly. You’ll always know where you stand.
Do I get help with software/tools?
Absolutely. We help with setup, config, and support for PT4, H2N, GTO Wizard, PIO, and more.
What’s in the video library?
Jack’s live play, Scott and Tommo lectures, mental game content, and more. 1000+ hours, updated weekly.
When are the group coachings?
Weekly — different formats and topics each time. Check the pinned schedule in Discord/Skype.
How do I sign up for 1-on-1 sessions?
Message your coach or use the booking link posted in the team chat.
How many 1-on-1s can I take per month?
Usually one per month for full-time players. If you’re a high-volume player you may be eligible for more as needed.
How does staking work?
We offer:
- CFP (Coaching for Profit)
- EV Insurance: You take a percentage of your $EV winnings while we take the full results
- Full staking + EV Insurance: Bankroll + EV insurance + coaching — the full monty
What is an EV deal in Spins?
EV deals in Spins make every game count as a 3x regardless of multiplier. Your results are based on chipEV, not luck.
Why do an EV deal?
It removes variance from multipliers and creates more stable monthly income — like playing a 3-handed HUSNG.
How is the EV amount calculated?
We use SwongSim:
- Set top 1 multipliers to 0
- Enter # of games, buy-in, and CEV
- Rakeback is calculated using real rake, not effective
Which sites do you offer EV deals for?
As of 2025: PokerStars, PartyPoker, and Winamax.
Which sites do you offer real money deals for?
Almost all sites. If you play on a lesser known site then mention it on your application.
Do I have to take an EV deal?
Nope. You can request a CFP deal, real money deal, or talk with us about what’s best.
Can I grind with my own bankroll?
Yes, if we think you’re a fit, we can work with players using their own funds too.
Can I switch deal types later?
Often yes. Just message us and we’ll talk through it.
How do payments and bankrolls work?
We handle all transfers, send clear summaries, and track everything. Transparency both ways is key.
When should I ask for a reload?
If you’re near busto or your balance dropped significantly from peak, message us before continuing.
When should I return the excess 651 funds?
If your balance is well above your expected stake and shot plan, send the extra back.
Can I cash out during a deal?
It depends on the deal type and your results. Just ask and we’ll work something out.
What happens if I go into makeup?
It’s normal. We support you through it and help adjust if needed. Some deals have makeup forgiveness, depending on the situation.
What's expected of players?
Honesty, effort, and communication. We don’t expect perfection, just steady progress and transparency.
How many hours or games should I play?
It depends on your goals and deal type, but we expect steady volume. We can help set a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Can I play part-time?
Yes, if expectations are aligned. Some of our players are part-time but still serious about growth.
What happens if I have a slow month?
No problem. We understand variance and life. Just stay honest and let us know what’s going on.
How do I move up stakes?
We do performance reviews and talk about goals. As your results and game improve, we help you scale.
What are the move-up requirements on PokerStars?
We look at CEV, volume, and game selection. Talk to a coach or manager if you think you’re ready.
Can I take shots or move down?
Yes, but we want to make those decisions together to protect your bankroll and mental game
Do you accept players from all countries?
Yep. As long as the poker sites work and we can communicate well, you’re welcome.
Is English required?
Basic English is needed to follow coaching and chat with teammates. Doesn’t need to be perfect.
Can I stream or create content?
Absolutely. We love that. We even have a Twitch channel and support players who want to build a brand.
